PRIZE: There will be one ( 1 ) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one guest (“Guest”) to New York (“Trip”). Trip includes: to visit to the TODAY Show for a cooking segment (“Appearance”); private cooking class at Sur La Table (“Class”)(class valued at $1,200, at a location deteremined in Sponsors sole discretion); roundtrip commercial airfare for Winner and Guest from an airport nearest Winner’s home to New York; two (2) nights hotel accommodations; one hundred dollars ($100) per day per Winner and Guest ($200 total each day); and one (1) Staub cookware package valued at $2,190.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is six thousand one hundred and ninety dollars ($ 6,190 ). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary. If Prize includes a Trip, ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any Prize with an ARV of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won.
