Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada for 3-days/2-nights. The trip includes: roundtrip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one guest from the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV; 2-nights hotel accommodations in a premier suite at the LUXOR Hotel and Casino; dinner for two at Tender Steak & Seafood; admission for two to the Criss Angel Believe by Cirque du Soleil; and a $200 credit to the Nurture Spa at the LUXOR Hotel and Casino. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (ARV $3,500)

 Actual value may vary depending on winner’s residence. Prize may not be extended, transferred or refunded. Winning Contestants must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, if applicable, including but not limited to the presentation of a major credit card. Hotel will require a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) per day refundable deposit to cover any incidental charges during their stay. Blackout dates may apply for grand prize booking and instant win room night bookings. If any prize or portion of a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. Dinner at Tender Steak & Seafood is complimentary up to $200 and is not inclusive of alcoholic beverages. Specific dates and times for travel shall be designated exclusively by the Sponsor. Certain travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of any Prize or any substituted prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner and guests (who must be 21 or older) must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and guests must have a valid travel documents. All costs and expenses not specifically listed herein, including, but not limited to, transportation to and from the airport, or other transportation gratuities, taxes, expenses, travel insurance, any local payment, and any other incidentals not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
