(1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner & (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 55th Annual GRAMMY® Awards in February 2013. Trip includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation from the major U.S. airport nearest winner’s residence,
• (1) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodation,
• ground transportation to/from the airport & the applicable hotel in Los Angeles & to/from the hotel & the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards,
• access for (2) to the MasterCard hosted pre-party,
• (2) tickets to the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards & the Official GRAMMY Celebration® After-Party,
• select onsite activities to be determined by Sponsor,

In order to attend the pre-party & the Official GRAMMY Celebration after-party, winner & guest must be 21 years of age or older. The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards Show is tentatively scheduled to be in Los Angeles in February 2013, however the date, time, & location is yet to be confirmed, as determined in the sole discretion of The Recording Academy. Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure & final flight itinerary. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. If event (or any portion thereof) is canceled or postponed for any reason, balance of prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award.
