ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE. One Contest winner (“Winner”) will be awarded a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to attend the Loveless Cafe James Beard House dinner (the “Beard House Dinner”) on February 14, 2013. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines from closest major airport to Winner’s residence served by
 Southwest Airlines (as determined by Sponsor) on published scheduled service to an airport within the New York, New York area (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may apply) for Winner and one (1) guest; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the Hilton New York (single room/double occupancy), (iii) two (2)
 tickets to the Beard House Dinner, (iv) roundtrip shuttle transportation between the airport, hotel, and Beard House Dinner, and (v) $500.00 to cover additional expenses (the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500.
 Travel will take place February 13-15, 2013
