Grand Prize: (3 winners – 1 per sweep period) Caribbean Vacation for four people consisting of round trip coach airfare from the major airport closest to Winner’s residence; 5 days/4 nights’ hotel accommodations (1 standard room; quadruple occupancy) at the Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, U.S.A. (ARV: $5,000 each Prize, depending on city of origin and dates of travel.) Vacation is subject to availability and restrictions and may not occur during resort black-out periods. Vacation reservations and accommodations will be as arranged by Sponsor. All expenses not specified above including, but not limited to, meals, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mini-bar, local and long distance telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental and personal expenses, gratuities, ground transportation to and from airports, insurance, and all other expenses incidental to the acceptance, participation in and enjoyment of the Vacation, are solely each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner’s responsibility. Guests may not be minors in their respective state of residence unless Winner is their parent/legal guardian or spouse; a minor guest’s parent/legal guardian is accompanying him/her as another of the Periodic Sweepstakes Winner’s guests; or a minor’s parent/legal guardian has signed and returned a notarized Affidavit of Compliance/Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by state law, within the stated time period, consenting to his/her minor’s participation in the Vacation. Each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner and his/her guests must possess required travel photo identification documents prior to ticketing and must travel together on same itinerary. Vacation must be completed by 6/1/10. Sponsor has no liability for a Periodic Sweepstakes Winner’s inability to utilize the Vacation. Should the actual value of the Vacation be less than the ARV stated above, a Periodic Sweepstakes Winner is not entitled to the difference in value. The Vacation is not redeemable for cash; it is non-transferable and it is not substitutable except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value; and it may not be sold or offered for sale on the Internet or through any other medium. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Periodic Sweepstakes Winner may, at his/her option, elect to receive a check in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) as his/her Sweepstakes Prize instead of the Vacation without any further responsibility on the part of Sponsor.
