Prize: Prize: Two Grand Prizes. Four (4) First Place Prizes. Ten (10) Second Place Prizes.

Two Grand Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access PassTM – 2017 Lawn Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts to one (1) participating venue of winner’s choice. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets for the 2017 summer concert season. Total value of tickets not to exceed $950.00 or $1500.00, depending on venue selected. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Pass expires October 30, 2017 and may only be used for 2017 applicable events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass holder’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability, venue capacity, artist and age restrictions. Winner and guest(s) must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke Pass in its sole discretion if it or venue personnel deem holder or holder’s guest may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on www.livenation.com are Live Nation produced events. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. The Pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. The Pass cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Use of Pass for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. Pass expires October 30, 2017. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($950.00) or One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00), depending on venue selected.

Four (4) First Place Prizes each consisting of two (2) $100 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Codes (“Code”). The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/concertcash. The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward $100-off final ticket purchase for a Live Nation concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program. Code cannot be used toward fan clubs, ticket packages or shipping charges. Exclusions may apply to TM+ tickets and other tickets not sold directly by Live Nation. All ticket purchases are subject to the Purchase Policy found at http://www.livenation.com/h/purchase.html. Code must be redeemed by 3:00 PM PT on December 31, 2017, while supplies last. A Code can be used only once. One Code per transaction. Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Codes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “irregular Code”). Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Codes and/or irregular Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Codes, as determined by Live Nation in its sole discretion, shall give Live Nation the right to disqualify user.
