Prize: (1 winner) Trip for 2 to Phoenix, AZ for Grand Prize Winner and guest to attend WWE’s WrestleMania XXVI live event currently scheduled for March 28, 2010. Trip includes roundtrip economy class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to Phoenix, AZ from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by WWE); 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); ground transportation from Phoenix airport to hotel and from hotel to Phoenix airport; two tickets to WrestleMania XXVI event (seat location to be selected by WWE in its discretion); two tickets to the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony (seat locations to be selected by WWE in its discretion); and a $250 American Express Gift Card. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $2,550. Actual value will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations.
Air transportation to Phoenix, AZ provided only if Grand Prize Winner resides at least 100 miles from Phoenix, AZ. If Grand Prize Winner lives within such 100 miles, ground transportation between Grand Prize Winner’s home and the hotel in Phoenix will be provided in lieu of air transportation. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest must take air travel on same itinerary and must travel on dates specified by WWE. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by WWE in its sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is from a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied during all aspects of the Grand Prize trip by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. If the Grand Prize Winner is at least twenty-one (21) years old, the Grand Prize Winner may be accompanied during the Grand Prize trip by a guest who is under the age of majority if: (a) the parent or legal guardian of the guest has executed an Authorization Form, giving consent, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, on the guests behalf; and (b) WWE, in its sole discretion, has granted its approval. In all cases, the Grand Prize Winner’s guest or the parent/legal guardian of any guest who is a minor in his or her state of residence will be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law). WWE reserves the right to request proof of guests age, parenthood or guardianship, and a Grand Prize Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize if WWE, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents.
