If you choose to enter the Contest and the Sweepstakes, you must follow the onscreen prompts to either download one (1) of the free songs that is provided to you or to play one (1) of the free songs that is provided to you from your device/computer via the embedded player, and record an original video of your child(ren) dancing to such song, in a video of no longer than fifteen (15) seconds, designed to meet the judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”) detailed below. You must then follow the onscreen prompts to complete all required registration information, upload the video and submit your Contest entry (hereinafter a “Contest Entry”). Your original video should not include any identifiable humans other than your child(dren). There is a limit of one (1) Contest Entry per person, throughout the Promotion Period. By submitting a Contest Entry, you will be awarded one (1) Sweepstakes Entry as well.

Contest Judging Period/Judging Criteria: After the end of the Promotion Period, there will be a Contest judging period, which will take place from approximately May 1, 2015 – May 7, 2015 (the “Judging Period”). During the Judging Period, Sponsor appointed judges (the “Judges”), utilizing the following Judging Criteria, will judge all eligible Contest Entries in order to select one (1) potential Contest grand prize (“Grand Prize”) winner and one (1) potential first prize (“First Prize”) winner

A) Originality (25%)
B) Adherence to Contest Theme (25%)
C) Overall Appeal (50%)

Sweepstakes Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Once confirmed, as detailed below, each Prize winner will receive one (1) Juicy Juice Prize Pack which will contain Juicy Juice product (in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Each Prize has an ARV of fifty dollars ($50). The total ARV of all Prizes available to be awarded herein is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

Contest Grand Prize/First Prize/ARV: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be awarded in this Promotion. Once confirmed as the official Grand Prize winner, as detailed below, the Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) check for one thousand dollars ($1,000). The Grand Prize has an ARV of one thousand dollars ($1,000). There is one (1) First Prize available to be awarded in this Promotion. Once confirmed as the official First Prize winner, as detailed below, the First Prize winner will receive one (1) GoPro® HERO3 Digital Video Camera. The exact specifics of such are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The First Prize has an ARV of two hundred dollars ($200).
