PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): (5) Grand Prizes: A trip for winner and one guest to attend one Jonas Brothers concert of their choice from the following concerts: Train Amphitheater in Sacramento, CA on September 17th, 2010; Shoreline Amphitheater in San Francisco, CA on September 18th, 2010; Verizon Amphitheater in Irvine, CA on September 19th, 2010.
