PRIZES: Eleven (11) prizes are available (1 prize per day for a period of 11 days):

1) One (1) Grand Prize winner shall win a trip for two (2) to Cleveland, Ohio for the 11th Annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival scheduled to be held from June 13, 2014 through June 15, 2014. The Trip shall consist of:
(a) round trip coach airfare for Winner and one (1) guest (adult if winner is a minor) selected by Winner from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor) to Cleveland, Ohio on June 13, 2014;
(b) accommodations in one (1) standard double occupancy hotel room at a hotel selected by Sponsor in the Cleveland, Ohio metropolitan area for two (2) nights beginning June 13, 2014;
(c) entry to the 11th Annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival, with the opportunity to appear in the 11th Annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival Parade along with two (2) all-day ride passes;
(d) two hundred dollars and No/100 ($200.00) cash; and
(e) one (1) Ultimate Duck Tape® brand duct tape Prize Pack.

Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary, be able to travel to and attend the 10th Annual Avon Heritage Duct Tape Festival from June 13, 2014 through June 15, 2014. No alternative dates are available. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location , ground transportation will be substituted for round-trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is $2,000.00 (actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary based on timing and point of departure, Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value).
