ESPN Radio’s “Parade of Stars” Sweepstakes

PRIZE(S)/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize (1): One Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) travel companions) to meet ESPN Radio personalities as they broadcast from Anaheim, CA from July 11-14, 2010. Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two from a major airport near the winner’s residence (in the 50 United States or D.C. only) to Anaheim or Los Angeles, CA, 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) from July 11-14, 2010, meet and greet with available ESPN Radio personality(ies) and $6,500 spending money. Grand Prize winner who lives in the Anaheim metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor) will receive local transportation for the winner and winner’s travel companion between winner’s home and the events in lieu of any air transportation.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $10,700. Actual value depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize.

Runnerup Prizes (10): Ten (10) winners will each receive a $50 Sears gift cards. Approximate Retail Value of Each Runnerup Prize: $50.
