The Prize. The prize is a two (2) day/one (1) night weekend trip for the winner and one (1) companion to San Diego, California on one (1) of the Sponsor-selected dates (the Sponsor-selected dates are: April 28 – April 29, 2012; or May 5 – May 6, 2012 or May 12 – May 13, 2012) (the “Trip”) consisting of the following (together, the “Prize”):

 hotel accommodations in a San Diego hotel selected by Sponsor (one standard room/double occupancy, including room tax) for one (1) night;
 one (1) prepaid gift card from a major credit card provider (the “Gift Card”) with a value of one hundred dollars ($100);
 if the winner’s residence is located other than within one hundred (100) miles of San Diego, California, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and the San Diego International Airport (with possible layovers);
 if air transport is provided, airport/hotel transfers;
 dinner prepared by Chef Brian Malarkey on the Saturday night during the Trip at Herringbone restaurant;
 brunch on the Sunday day during the Trip at Herringbone restaurant; and
 two (2) pairs of Dansko shoes and Sponsor-selected Dansko merchandise.

 The winner must take the Trip, to occur during consecutive Saturday and Sunday days, between April 28, 2012 and May 13, 2012.

 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is: $2,500 USD.
