All submissions must be in English and you will be allowed up to 50 characters for each response. Altogether, the flavor you submit must not be the same or substantially similar to an existing flavor of Culver’s Fresh Frozen Custard, Culver’s Fresh Frozen Custard. CONTEST JUDGING (to determine the Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winners): Entries will be judged by Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s marketing agency(ies)/assignees based on the following criteria (the “Judging Criteria”): (a) Creativity (34%); (b) Flavor Profile (33%); and (c) Potential for a future Culver’s Fresh Frozen Custard flavor (33%). The Entry receiving the highest cumulative score for all criteria awarded by the judges will be deemed the Grand Prize winner. The two (2) Entries receiving the next highest cumulative scores for all criteria awarded by the judges will be deemed the First Prize winners. In case of a tie, tied Entries will be broken by cumulative points awarded for “Creativity”. If tie continues, then tie(s) will be broken by the Entry with highest cumulative point score in the second criteria, continuing thereafter to the next criteria until the tie is broken. Limit one (1) Contest Prize per household.

Contest Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of $500.00 in Culver’s Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $500.00.

Two (2) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of $250.00 in Culver’s Gift Cards. ARV of each First Prize: $250.00.

Daily Random Drawing Prizes:

Two Thousand One Hundred (2,100) Daily Prizes will be awarded, one hundred (100) for each Day of the Promotion Period each consisting of one (1) Free Scoop of Fresh Frozen Custard Coupon. ARV: $2.41 each.

All gift cards and coupons are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Total ARV of all prizes is $6,061.00.
