(i) go to www.crayola.com/ColorAliveSweeps. Enter your date of birth, then complete and submit the official entry form by providing your first and last name, phone number (including area code), e-mail address and uploading a photograph of your Color Alive character using the Color Alive app (free app download and free trial page available at www.crayola.com/ColorAlive) to receive one (1) entry. Photo may not be edited, manipulated or photoshopped in any way. Photo must be submitted in .jpg, .gif or .png file type and must not exceed 10MB in size.
A random drawing for each Weekly Prize package will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received at the conclusion of each Entry Period. At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing for the Grand Prize package will be conducted on or about March 24, 2015 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning eligible Entries from one Entry Period will roll-over into subsequent Entry Periods.

Weekly Prize packages (3 total, one (1) per Entry Period): Each Prize package consists of Crayola products (exact items to be determined by Sponsor) valued at $150.00 (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize Package $150.00). Limit one (1) Weekly Prize package per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Weekly Prize package winners are eligible to receive the Grand Prize package.

Grand Prize package (1): Grand Prize package consists of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to the Crayola Experience located in Orlando, FL or the Crayola Experience located in Easton, PA (winner’s choice of destination) on dates to be determined by Sponsor. The Crayola Experience in Orlando, FL is anticipated to open July, 2015. Trip consists of the following:
• roundtrip coach commercial air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to major U.S. gateway airport nearest to selected destination;
• standard double occupancy accommodations for seven (7) days/six (6) nights at a hotel designated by Sponsor (one (1) room);
• ground transportation to/from destination hotel and airport;
• eight (8) general admission tickets to the Crayola Experience theme park; and
• $350.00 stipend for winner only (awarded in the form of a $350.00 check).

Total maximum ERV of Grand Prize package is $4,409.92. If winner resides within a one hundred (100)-mile radius of selected destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. If, for whatever reason, the Crayola Experience in either destination city is closed during dates of travel, no compensation or substitution will be provided, however remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2015. If potential winner is unable to complete travel before date specified by Sponsor, the Grand Prize package will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Time permitting, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award prize to an alternate winner.

Total ERV of all prizes combined is $4,859.92.
