Prizes:
 There will be One (1) Grand Prize and ten (10) bi-weekly prizes.

 One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a travel package for winner and one (1) guest to Italy.

 Grand Prize Travel package includes:

 Round-trip, economy class air transportation for two (2) on Alitalia operated and coded flights from one of Alitalia’s US gateways: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark (EWR) and New York (JFK) airports to Venice or an Alitalia gateway in Italy. Note that flights from Chicago and Los Angeles are seasonal in nature and may not be available during the desired period of travel.
 Hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for a four (4) night hotel stay at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
 Also included are four (4) breakfasts at the chosen hotel, two (2) dinners at area restaurants determined by Sponsor, and a two-hour guided walking tour.
 Winner must complete the trip only during these eligible travel periods: April 16 – May 31, 2012 or September 10 – December 14, 2012, or prize will be forfeited.
 Travel must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure and may be subject to availability, blackout dates, occupancy limitations and other restrictions that may apply.
 Tickets are not transferable, cannot be endorsed to another carrier, are not upgradeable, not valid for mileage accrual and may not be redeemed for a cash refund.
 This package cannot be combined with any other offer. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight.
 Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsors’ airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract.
 All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, any ground transportation including transfers to and from airport, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner.
 Average Retail Value (ARV) is $4,500. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and the chosen Alitalia US gateway airport and destination airport. Winner will not receive cash difference between actual and approximate retail value.

 Ten (10) Biweekly winners will each receive:

 An Italy inspired gift featuring treats from Colavita, Alitalia, Perugina and Sbarro.
 ARV: $45/each.
 Limit: One (1) Weekly Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
