4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize – A Cheez-It® Real Fan Game Getaway for two (2) (ARV $3,950). Prize includes two (2) tickets to a collegiate football team regular season home game of winner’s choice (subject to availability); round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to major airport nearest destination city; 2-nights lodging at a Sponsor-selected hotel; 3-days use of a midsize rental car (to be awarded in the form of a check for $350 to winner)/use of rental car subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agency; $400 spending money (winner only – to be awarded in the form of a check to the winner); and Cheez-It apparel (a Cheez-It® Hoodie from Kelloggsstore.com for winner and guest). Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions associated with the issuing venue. Trip must be taken by 12/31/13 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Trip prize must be scheduled through Sponsor. Actual retail value of prize may vary depending on winner’s residence and destination city; and may fluctuate due to market conditions, changes in value of componnts, (e.g. air transportation and hotel rates) and other reasons. If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to the destination city, Sponsor wil substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel, and the difference in value will not be awarded. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuities, meals, service charges, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, airpor charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. In the event the selected game is cancelled, delayed, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation, other than to award the remainder of the prize. One Hundred (100) First Prizes – A $50 Bank-issued, pre-loaded Gift Card. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use. Total ARV of all prizes is $8,950.
