Grand Prize: (1 winner) One week session for the Grand Prize Winner and one friend at the Woodward Surf Camp in Ventura, California. Grand Prize Winner and friend (if a minor) must each be accompanied by their parent/guardian. Grand Prize Winner and his/her friend must meet the eligibility requirements of the Surf Camp. The Grand Prize includes: up to four round-trip, non-refundable coach class airline tickets for the Grand Prize Winner, his/her friend and their respective parents/legal guardians, for travel between the U.S. gateway city airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the U.S. gateway city airport nearest the Surf Camp (however, if Grand Prize Winner resides less than 300 miles from the Surf Camp, airfare will not be awarded; round-trip ground transportation from the airport to the Surf Camp. If Grand Prize Winner resides less than 300 miles from the Surf Camp, ground transportation will be provided from Grand Prize Winner’s residence to the Surf Camp; 6-days/5-nights lodging for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Parent and the friend and his/her Parent; 6 days of activities at the Surf Camp for the Grand Prize Winner and friend; three meals per day for Grand Prize Winner and friend, and $750 spending money awarded in the form of a check. (ARV $6,222.36)
The Surf Camp is open only during the summer months. Therefore, travel must be completed some time during the period of June 6, 2010 through August 28, 2010 or the trip will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be coordinated by Administrator and are subject to change, availability and Sponsor’s approval. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Sponsors reserve the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be scheduled at least seven (7) days in advance.
Grand Prize Winner and all travelers are responsible for all other expenses not expressly provided for above, including without limitation, expenses incurred for travel to and from airports, checked baggage costs, additional snacks, beverages, and food, ground transportation, parking, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, room service, souvenirs, taxi fares, insurance, taxes or other personal expenses and hotel or Camp charges incurred during the trip. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply.
Grand Prize Winner and all travelers are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documentation and for all fees associated therewith (if any) prior to taking the trip. Grand Prize Winner and all travelers must present valid identification, current passports or any other documentation that may be required by any company or governmental agency providing or regulating travel associated with the trip and are subject to the restrictions and regulations set by airline carriers, hotels, transportation companies, the Surf Camp and Surf Camp facilities. No refunds will be made if improper documentation or failure to meet any requirement of a travel provider/supplier results in denied boarding or entry, and the trip will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the prize or the unavailability to the Grand Prize Winner or any travelers for any part of the prize resulting from the application of any such restrictions and/or regulations.
The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a prize pack consisting of the following: an underwater camcorder; a waterproof watch; a surfboard; and eight Hasbro NERF Super Soaker Blasters; two Hasbro Shot Blast; two Hasbro Hydro Fury; two Hasbro Bottle Blitz; and two Hasbro Rattler. Actual ARV of Grand Prize will depend on dates of travel, point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Any difference between approximate costs and actual costs will not be refunded to the Grand Prize Winner.
Daily Prize: (14 winners – 1 per day) Hasbro NERF Super Soaker Blasters consisting of the following: Hasbro Shot Blast; Hasbro Hydro Fury; Hasbro Bottle Blitz; and Hasbro Rattler (ARV $52.96)
