Prize: Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around October 17, 2013.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Roundtrip tickets for two (2) valid for air transportation
for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from any British Airways gateway in the
United States or Canada to any British Airways gateway in India (the “Destination”) (terms
and conditions apply). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as
provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. For clarification and the removal of doubt,
the Grand Prize does not include accommodations, ground transportation and any other
incidental expenses incurred at the Destination. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute
the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable
for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt
and/or use. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible
entries received during the Promotion Period. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the
Grand Prize is $4,000.
Winner must depart by April 30th, 2014 and must commence travel on the specified date or
prize will be forfeited. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates.
