Grand Prize drawing: All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into a random drawing, to be conducted on or about December 2, 2013 by a Sponsor representative, whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Grand Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry Period Prize winners are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES:
Entry Period 1: One (1) Entry Period prize of a $100 gas card will be awarded for Entry Period 1 (“Entry Period 1 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 1 Prize is $100.

Entry Period 2: One (1) Entry Period prize of a $100 Apple ® iTunes® gift card will be awarded for Entry Period 2 (“Entry Period 2 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 2 Prize is $100.

Entry Period 3: One (1) Entry Period prize of Beats by Dre Headphones will be awarded for Entry Period 3 (“Entry Period 3 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 3 Prize is $249.95.

Entry Period 4: One (1) Entry Period prize of an Apple ® iPod Touch® will be awarded for Entry Period 4 (“Entry Period 4 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 4 Prize is $299.

Entry Period 5: One (1) Entry Period prize of a Canon camcorder will be awarded for Entry Period 5 (“Entry Period 5 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 5 Prize is $300.

Entry Period 6: One (1) Entry Period prize of a netbook will be awarded for Entry Period 6 (“Entry Period 6 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 6 Prize is $500.

Entry Period 7: One (1) Entry Period prize of an Apple® iPad® Mini will be awarded for Entry Period 7 (“Entry Period 7 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 7 Prize is $329.

Entry Period 8: One (1) Entry Period prize of a 50” Smart TV will be awarded for Entry Period 8 (“Entry Period 8 Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Entry Period 8 Prize is $800.

Exact make and models of Entry Period Prizes will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion at the time the Entry Period Prize is awarded.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a trip for two (2) to Super Bowl XLVIII from January 31, 2014 to February 3, 2014. The Grand Prize includes: i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between a major metropolitan city airport in the US closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York from January 31, 2014 to February 3, 2014 for the Super Bowl, ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room double occupancy) at the Empire Hotel, Lincoln Center, iii) two (2) 200 level end Super Bowl Tickets, iv) Breakfast daily, v) Deluxe motor coach transportation to and from MetLife Stadium and hotel, vi) “Sail-Gate” cocktail party event Hosted by NFL celebrity, and vii) On-site staff to assist. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $14,700.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $17,377.95.
