To enter the Sweepstakes via Text Message: During the Entry Period, participants can text message the key word “Middle” to the short code 91709. Once the Sponsor receives the “Text Message”, entrant will receive a reply text message from the Sponsor requesting that the participant confirm he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older by texting “YES” to 91709. Once age verification is confirmed, participant will receive one (1) text entry into the Sweepstakes (“Text Entry”). In addition, participants will have an opportunity to opt-in to receive a reminder text message to watch “The Middle” finale on May 21, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. CT/8:00 p.m. PT by responding “OK” to 91709 in order to receive two (2) bonus entries “Opt-In Bonus Entries.” Opting in to receive this reminder text message is optional.
To Enter the Sweepstakes by Mail without sending a Text Message: On a postcard (no larger than 5” x 7”), participants must legibly hand-print his/her first and last name, complete home address (including street address, city, state and zip code), date of birth, email address and daytime telephone number (including area code), and mail with proper postage affixed to: American Tourister’s “Win Like Heck” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 11059, Burbank, CA 91510. Postcard Entries must be postmarked by May 22, 2014 and received by May 28, 2014. Each participant will receive one (1) entry per eligible postcard.
Participants may receive up to three (3) entries during the Entry Period using either text messages, postcards or a combination of text messages and postcards. As set forth below, participants may separately receive up to three (3) entries via Twitter during the Entry Period.
To Enter the Sweepstakes via Twitter: Once a participant is logged in, he/she can submit a “Tweet” directed to the @AmTourister [twitter.com] account that includes the hashtag #WinLikeHeck. In order for the ‘Tweet’ to count as an eligible Twitter entry, participants must meet the eligibility criteria; compose a Tweet that includes both “@AmTourister” and the hashtag “#WinLikeHeck” (hashtag is not case sensitive) and does not exceed one hundred forty (140) characters; and must successfully publish the Tweet to receive one (1) entry (“Twitter Entry”). While participants will be encouraged to discuss their favorite moments from episodes of The Middle in their Tweets, doing so is not required. Multiple repeated Tweets containing the same content by the same person/Twitter account are discouraged and all submissions must comply with the Twitter Guidelines. Re-Tweets will not be counted as Twitter Entries. Entrants can only participate in the Sweepstakes under one Twitter account. Only the participant registered under a particular Twitter account may enter in the Sweepstakes with that Twitter account. Any participant found to be using multiple Twitter accounts to enter will be disqualified. Participants may receive up to three (3) Twitter Entries during the Entry Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a Walt Disney World® Resort vacation package for winner and up to three (3) guests consisting of: three (3) nights/four (4) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida; coach class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Orlando International Airport; three (3) nights hotel accommodations consisting of (one (1) deluxe standard room/quad occupancy) at the Walt Disney World® Resort (selected by Disney in its sole discretion and subject to availability); four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt DisneyWorld® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express Service; up to four (4) four (4) day Park Hopper® Passes; one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) Disney Gift Card and one (1) American Tourister three (3) piece Spinner luggage set (actual model, size and color to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $5,476.04. Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests must book travel at least ninety (90) days in advance of departure date and take the trip within one (1) year of winning.
Five (5) First Prizes: Each first prize winner will receive one (1) American Tourister three (3) piece Spinner luggage set (actual model, size and color to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of each First Prize: $199.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $6,471.04.
