One (1) “Grand Prize” is available. Grand Prize consists of: 
(a) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets+ for winner and up to one (1) companion via Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport, in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to New York, New York (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2499.00; 
(b) two (2) night hotel accommodations (based on a single room, double occupancy) (ARV: $1500.00);
(c) two (2) tickets to THE EQUALIZER red carpet event at AMC Lincoln Square 13: $250.00; 
(d) ground transportation for two (2) to/from the New York, New York area airport, hotel and Red Carpet Screening (ARV: $250.00); and 
(e) one (1) $500.00 VISA gift card. 

Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4999.00. All travel must be taken between September 21, 2014 and September 23, 2014. In the event winner lives within one hundred (100) miles of the Red Carpet Screening, ground transportation will be provided.
