Prize: (1 winner) A Sponsor-specified diamond piece of jewelry and a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to New York City to participate in the 12/1/08 “When Forever Began” Rose Installment event. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from nearest major U.S. gateway airport to winner’s home to New York (unless winner resides within 150 miles of New York City, in which case that portion of the prize will not be awarded), 2 night’s accommodations (based on double occupancy), and VIP passes to participate in the “When Forever Began” event (Total Prize ARV: $8,500). Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All other expenses not explicitly included in prize package are sole responsibility of the winner. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All travel must be completed beginning November 29, 2008 and through December 1, 2008, or prize will be forfeited. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to airline, accommodations, and blackout dates, and are subject to change. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves right to award prize (estimated $8,500) of equal or greater value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable.
