One (1) First Prize winner will be selected in each of seven (7) separate random drawings to be conducted on the following days: January 14, 2013; January 21, 2013, January 28, 2013, February 4, 2013, February 11, 2013, February 18, 2013 and February 25, 2013. Each random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received through 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the day immediately preceding the date of each random drawing. For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning entries will be retained for subsequent First Prize drawings.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on March 4, 2013 from among all eligible entries received through February 28, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, the end of the Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt, entries received between 12:00:00 a.m. ET on February 26, 2013 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2013 will only be entered in the Grand Prize drawing.
