Grand Prize. One “Grand Prize Winner” will receive the following AFI Fest Experience Trip Package in Los Angeles, California (“Trip Package”) of: 

a) two (2) front row tickets to the ‘Young Hollywood Panel’ at the AFI Fest on November 7, 2014; 
b) two (2) reserved seat tickets for the ‘Tribute to Sophia Loren’ at the Dolby Theatre on November 12, 2014; 
c) two (2) AFI Fest ‘Silver Patron’ level passes for the week that includes admission to all regular film screenings, talks/presentations and panels, and Special Screenings [but does not include admission to Galas]; and 
d) two (2) Gala Screening tickets to ‘VIZIO’s Gala Night Screening’ with two (2) after-party invitations. 
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the foregoing AFI Fest tickets is $1,300.00.

The Trip Package includes lodging for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest of hotel accommodations from November 6-12, 2014 (7 nights) at the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles, California – single room, double occupancy (ARV: $2,513.00), and a VISA gift card of $175.00 for cabs/ car rental or used as the Grand Prize Winner chooses (ARV: $175.00). 

The Trip Package also includes travel accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest of: 
i) coach-class airfare for two (2) people from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), if any, only for a Grand Prize Winner that is outside of the Los Angeles area; and/or 
ii) car service for within the Los Angeles area (maximum total travel value of $1,000.00). 
Grand Prize Winner will only receive the value of the actual amount for travel accommodations and will not be refunded, credited or paid any amount of difference if Sponsor spends less on the travel accommodations. No per diem amount is provided as part of the Trip Package.
All of the above is the “Grand Prize”. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately and shall not exceed $4,988.00.
