Grand Prize: (1 winner) 22-day/21-night international trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest. The Trip will consist of the following, each awarded as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: Round trip coach class airfare for two from a major U.S. gateway to New York City (Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize winner’s place of residence); and then airfare to and between the following locations: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Cape Town, South Africa; Sydney, Australia; Beijing, China; and Paris, France; 3-night hotel accommodations in each destination for a total of 21-Nights/22-days, at hotels to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (standard rooms, double occupancy); $4,000 spending allowance for Grand Prize Winner only, to be awarded as a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner or in such other form as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; one activity for two in each destination (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); reimbursement for entry Visas for Rio de Janeiro, Beijing, and Sydney; and the Tax Mitigation Payment

All details of Prizes, including specifics of Grand Prize, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to all limitations, restrictions, terms and conditions imposed by the applicable issuer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. All taxes associated with the acceptance and/or use of Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sponsor will provide Grand Prize Winner with a payment in an amount intended to mitigate any potential tax liability (“Tax Mitigation Payment”) as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Tax Mitigation Payment will be based on a standard tax rate which may be higher or lower than the Grand Prize Winner’s actual individual tax rate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and will not exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000). All other expenses, costs, fees or additional tax associated with the acceptance and/or use of Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Prizes cannot be transferred by Winners or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prizes by Winners. If a Prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, it will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with no Guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded to Grand Prize Winner and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of notification or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. Travel and hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets will be issued only to Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees, including baggage fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid, government-issued photo identification, United States passport and appropriate visas and other related documents required for international travel) prior to departure or issuance of tickets where applicable. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Prize. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, passes, vouchers, or certificates. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule all travel (or a portion thereof) for a later date, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Guest, if any, must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older as of date of travel and must execute and return a release of liability and, except where prohibited, a publicity release (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Affidavit and Release, or Guest portion of Prize will be forfeited. Tickets are non-refundable. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any and all fees assessed at the time of ticketing, including, but not limited to, air travel taxes and/or expenses, applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges. All Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time.
