Prizes: The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,259.96. Winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes, including income tax. Any prize details not specified below will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Only the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules shall be awarded. In the event that more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules are available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
• Daily Prize: A total of twelve (12) winners (one each day) will be selected to each receive one (1) pair of shoes as the “Daily Prize.” The Daily Prize is one (1) pair of shoes and will be the pair featured as the prize for the applicable drawing. Approximate retail value of each prize ranges from $34.98 – $80.00, and the combined approximate retail value for all twelve (12) of the Daily Prizes is $759.96. Actual value of prize may vary depending on value of the specific pair of shoes awarded for the applicable drawing and based upon any promotional offers that may be offered at the time of the award. No compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. Prizes are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or a component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason (determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion).

• Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $500.00 Stage Gift Card. The original Gift Card must be provided for redemption; no copies or photo images of the Gift Card may be used. The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, or on past purchases, or for payment on any credit card account. The Gift Card must be relinquished at time of purchase. A lost, stolen, or misplaced Gift Card will not be replaced.
