INSTANT WIN PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) AND ODDS OF WINNING: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and a guest to Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Canada (“Ottawa”). Each Grand Prize trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip, economy (coach) class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to Ottawa; (ii) four (4) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) selected by Sponsor; (iii) three (3) days of private courses for two (2) at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa with a personal chef, a gift basket (including a copy of Julia Child’s book “Mastering the Art of French Cooking”, a copy of the “Le Cordon Bleu at Home” cookbook, a Le Cordon Bleu t-shirt and two (2) Le Cordon Bleu aprons), and complimentary lunch with the chef each of the 3 days. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $8,700.00 U.S. The actual value of each Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and Hotel charges at the time of travel. Therefore, the actual value of each Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded.
