PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize (defined below) will be awarded by the Sponsors in this Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). Sponsors will award one (1) “Grand Prize” consisting of: (i) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets for the Winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion to Park City, UT, U.S.A.; (ii) a two (2)-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsors) for the Winner and one (1) companion in Park City; (iii) ground transportation to/from the airport to the hotel and to and from the hotel to a Park City area ski resort, determined at Skullcandy’s sole discretion; (iv) two (2) full-day ski passes each for the Winner and guest; (v) meals for three days at restaurants of Skullcandy’s choice; (vi) ski or snowboard equipment rental for two (2) days including boots, helmet, skis and poles or a snowboard; (vii) Ski or snowboard lessons for two (2) days; and (viii) one Skullcandy Prize Package selected from on-hand available stock in the Skullcandy Park City retail store for the Winner and companion consisting of a Skullcandy headphone, one Skullcandy media player or smartphone case; one Skullcandy beanie; one Skullcandy t-shirt, one Skullcandy hoodie, and one Skullcandy backpack. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is three thousand USD ($3,000).
