during the Nomination Period to access the entry form; complete the entry form with all required information, including your name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the name, city, state, email address and name of the school of the Designated Teacher; and either write an original essay of 50 to 200 words (in English) or submit a video no longer than 5 minutes describing why the Designated Teacher is so great and how the teacher has made a difference for his or her students (the “Essay” or “Video”) and submit as instructed on-screen during the Nomination Period to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (an “Entry”).
Contest Period is divided into a nomination period, a voting period and a judging period. The nomination period starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on December 23, 2018, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 26, 2019 (the “Nomination Period”). The voting period starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on February 27, 2018, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 12, 2019 (the “Voting Period”). The judging period starts at 12:00:01 AM ET on March 13, 2019, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET
Judging and Winner Selection: At the end of the Voting Period, all Entries will be judged by an independent panel of judges selected by Sponsor based on the following judging criteria: (1) overall appeal (50%); (2) Alignment with Frigo ® Cheese Heads ® brand values (40%); (3) User Votes from the Voting Period (10%) (the “Judging Criteria”). The sixty (60) Entries with the highest total scores based on the Judging Criteria will be deemed the potential winning Entries, subject to confirmation of eligibility (the “Winning Entry”). In the event of a tie for the sixtieth finalist’s place, a tie breaker will be based on the highest score in the first Judging Criteria. If still tied, the Entries with the tied score will be reviewed head-to-head by the judges until a finalist is selected.
