ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to Pinehurst Resort in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Travel dates may be selected by the winner with Sponsor approval and are subject to availability and blackout dates. Trip must be taken between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, personal charges at resort, taxes or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of the same approximate retail value. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of the Sponsor, air transportation is not required due to the winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
