Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won of Spa Getaway for two (2), winner and one (1) adult guest, to Los Angeles, CA. Grand Prize includes the following:
2-nights’ first class hotel accommodations at a location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion;
Round-trip coach air travel for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA, from a major airport nearest winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor;
Ground transportation to/from hotel/airport;
One (1) spa session for winner and guest (maximum value of $385 per person);
$200/day per diem for winner;
Two (2) Irritating Lens Face Prevention Kits. Each Irritating Lens Face Prevention Kit includes: one (1) OPTI-FREE(R) Puremoist(R) Solution; one (1) OPTI-FREE(R) Puremoist(R) Lubricant Eye Drops; one (1) OPTI-FREE(R) Puremoist(R) Rewetting Drops; one (1) brow shaping brush; one (1) mascara; one (1) eyeliner; and one (1) cosmetic bag; and
$1,540 awarded in the form of a check.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,050.50.
First Prizes: There are one-hundred twenty-five (125) First Prizes available to be won of an Irritating Lens Face Prevention Kit. ARV of First Prize: $90.25 each.
Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than stated ARV, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise. Irritating Lens Face Prevention Kit contents to be determined by Sponsor. All expenses incurred in association with acceptance or use of any prize or prize component that are not specifically provided for herein, including but not limited to taxes, personal expenses, gratuities, meals, additional upgrades or equipment, travel insurance, installation, and any other incidental expenses, are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner and his/her travel companion. All travel and Grand Prize components will be booked and arranged by an agent of Sponsor. Grand Prize trip must be booked at least 30 days prior to the requested travel dates and must be taken within one (1) year from the date the winner is confirmed or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
