MSRP is $45,000 USD. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Vehicle will be at least $45,000 USD. In addition, the total ARV includes a thirty (30) percent “tax assistance payment” for a US winner only, regardless of the winner’s tax bracket, to be used by the Prize winner to offset taxes, and other expenses incurred in connection with receipt of the prize, even if the “tax assistance payment” is insufficient to cover the winner’s tax liability.
