GRAND PRIZE (1)/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Grand Prize consists of a

Ski package:
 two (2) lift tickets/passes, one (1) each for winner and guest, for skiing at Snowmass
Ski Area during Snowmass Ski Area’s hours of operation on Saturday, March 15,
2014 and Sunday, March 16, 2014;  two (2) days of equipment and gear rental (including snow pants, snow jackets,
boots, skis/snowboard, goggles, hats and gloves) for each winner and guest at
Snowmass Ski Area during Snowmass Ski Area’s hours of operation on Saturday,
March 15, 2014 and Sunday, March 16, 2014;
 ski or snowboard lessons available on Saturday, March 15, 2014, for winner and
guest.
