Story Guidelines:
��_Story Entries submitted must be between 10 and 250 words long, and must be stories of baking, preparing or leaving NESTLE® TOLL HOUSE® cookies for Santa, whether from the past, or planned for the future.
��_Each Story Entry must be original, unpublished, the sole property of submitter and not previously submitted in any other promotion.
��_Each story must be unique – you may not re-submit the same story.
��_By submitting a story, entrant agrees to allow Nestle the right to use your submission, commercially or non-commercially, without compensation unless prohibited. This includes possible use of the Story Entry – whether it becomes a winner or not – in NESTLE TOLL HOUSE advertising or promotions, including but not limited to print and Internet (may include not only Nestle sites but other Internet sites and social networking sites, such as Facebook or Twitter, such use at Nestle’s sole discretion). Entrant agrees and understands that Nestle may edit their Story Entry in any way or re-enact it using actors, at its sole discretion (see Section 6, below).
��_Entrant agrees that Nestlé may edit and publish/post any Story Entry. All Story Entries and all rights of ownership and publication of the same will become the property of Nestlé and will not be returned.

PRIZES: GRAND PRIZEne (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000.00.

FIRST PRIZE: Twenty (20) First Prize winners will receive $500.00 (Total ARV of all First Prizes $10,000.00). (ARV of all prizes $20,000).
