one (1) dance lesson for Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”, each a “Guest”) taught by Charl Brown on October 28, 2014 from 5:00pm -6:00pm (“Lesson”) (location to be determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion); 

four (4) tickets for Winner and three (3) Guests to MOTOWN The Musical on Broadway for October 28, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre located at 205 West 46th Street, New York, NY 10036 (“Show”);
