HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit MTNDEWOutpost.com (the “Website”) and follow the directions provided to complete the entry form, including providing your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, social media handles and answering three (3) questions in essay form of no more than the word limited listed for each, and submit to receive one (1) “Contest Entry” which will be judged for the opportunity to receive the Contest Grand Prize. See Section 5 for judging requirements. All Contest Entries must be received by February 11, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT to be considered. Limit one (1) Contest Entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Promotion Period.

CONTEST JUDGING: All eligible Contest Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, based on the following judging criteria: 1.) Commitment to, excitement for, and experience with the Great Outdoors: 0-50 points, 2.) Authenticity: 0-5 points, 3.) Originality: 0-20 points, 4.) Leadership Qualities: 0-20 points and 5.) Quality of social media content: 0-5 points. Potential winners may also be contacted via phone or email and required to complete additional questionnaires to expand upon their answers submitted with their initial entry, or asked to participate in a video conference with representatives of Sponsor. The one (1) Contest Entry with the highest score will be deemed the potential Contest Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, an additional, “tie-breaking” judge will determine the Contest Grand Prize winner based on Creativity. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Contest Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Contest Entries.

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE: One Contest Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a position as the 2022 MTN DEW Outpost Ranger, which includes six (6) nights of accommodations, on dates to be determined by the Sponsor at the time of awarding the prize, in an RV at Doe Mountain Recreation Area in Johnson County TN (the “Outpost”); travel to and from Prize Winner’s home and the Outpost; custom MTN DEW Ranger uniform, a Polaris RANGER XP 1000 Premium, a $450 gift card to cover any additional expenses, $5,000 awarded in the form of a check and completed required activities. Winner may choose to forfeit the aforementioned UTV in exchange for an additional $2,500 in the form of a check. Requirements of the Outpost Ranger will be outlined in a written agreement that Prize Winner will be required to sign in order to accept the prize. All requirements must be completed during the seven (7) days designated by the Sponsor. The written agreement may include, but is not limited to, the Outpost Ranger greeting Outpost visitors and handling out maps or other collateral, handing out clean-up bags to visitors, leading one (1) hike or ATV/UTV tour daily, leading one (1) mountain community event, participation in media opportunities chosen by the Sponsor*. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $26,300 (or $10,800 if cash option is chosen in place of UTV).
