Five (5) Grand Prizes are available: Each winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests (who must each be at least 21 years old) to attend the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (the “Event”) scheduled on November 10, 2011 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Each Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada where the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards is being held; hotel accommodations for four (4) (a two-bedroom suite) for two (2) nights; up to four (4) tickets to the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (seating to be determined by Sponsor); walk on the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards green carpet; up to four (4) tickets to Official Awards after-party (subject to availability); winner will receive a $50 iTunes gift card, a Flip video camera selected by the sponsor, plus Five Hundred Dollars ($500) spending money for winner only, awarded in the form of a gift card selected by Sponsor; and a $50 McDonald’s Arch Card<®< sup=””>. Additionally, each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests will receive a $300 credit for the hotel spa that can be used on November 10th; access to a reserved area at the Mix Lounge for each winner and up to three (3) guests on November 9th at the Mandalay Bay Resort; and access to a private cabana to be reserved for each winner and up to three (3) guests between 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on November 10th. All Event activities are subject to availability, and inclusion in the Prize at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $4,000.
