Complete the contact information requested (your email address, first and last name, and zip code) and post the URL link to your LeapFrog Pinterest pinboard in the space provided.
You may submit one (1) Entry Form for each of the two (2) Weekly Entry Periods, even if you have been drawn as a winner in the First Weekly Entry Period. Non-winning entries for the first Weekly Entry Period will not carry over to the Second Weekly Entry Period.
Limit: One (1) Entry per person, per Weekly Entry Period. Any entry which exceeds this entry limit will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter the Sweepstakes more than once within a single Weekly Entry Period by using different Facebook accounts or Pinterest accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account or Pinterest pinboard or Pinterest account. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Sweepstakes consists of two (2) Weekly Entry Periods as follows:

Prize: There are a total of two (2) Weekly Entry Periods during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be two (2) winners selected for each Weekly Entry Period (for a total of four (4) winners during the Sweepstakes). One (1) Prize will be awarded to each winner of both Weekly Entry Periods.
The Prize consists of a prize pack of the winner’s choice of LeapFrog products from those featured on the winner’s Pinterest pinboard submitted with their Entry Form with a total retail value not to exceed $500.00 (the “Prize”). The retail value of all products is the non-discounted prices identified on LeapFrog.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Bundled product discounts do not apply. Multiples of the same LeapFrog products may not be selected.
