HOW TO ENTER A PHOTO: SEND A PHOTO OF YOU OR YOUR SWARM ENJOYING THE SEASON OF SUMMER.
To enter by using wireless MMS messaging: During the Promotion Period, send a photo submission and keyword “SWARM” or “SUMMER” to “80366” from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. You will be required to enter a date of birth before completing your submission. When you send the photo and keyword and meet all the requirements (including age verification), you will be automatically entered into the Promotion. All photo/text message entries must be received by July 29, 2013 11:59 EDT to be eligible for the drawing and judging.
To enter via hashtag: Starting June 18, 2013 you may enter via hashtag. Prior to submitting photos you must first register at www.jacksummerswarm.com, including your name, phone, date of birth and link your personal Twitter and/or Instagram account. After registration is confirmed you may enter a photo by hashtagging your photo with #SUMMERSWARM: starting June 18, 2013 at 9:00 am EDT through July 29, 2013 11:59 pm EDT. Registration and linking of your personal Twitter and/or Instagram accounts is required at www.jacksummerswarm.com prior to hashtagging photo for entry. Photos submitted with the #SUMMERSWARM hashtag that are not associated with a valid registration or linked account are not eligible.
When you enter a photo you will be entered in the Photo Random Draw Sweepstakes for weekly prizes.
You will be entered into the Photo Random Draw Sweepstakes drawing one time per day (on each day you enter an eligible photo). Limit one entry per day for the Photo Random Draw Sweepstakes regardless of how many photos are entered per day and regardless of method of entry.
VOTING RANDOM DRAW: Eligible photos will be placed on a gallery at www.jacksummerswarm.com. When you vote on a photo you will be entered in the Voter Random Draw Sweepstakes for weekly prizes. Visit www.jacksummerswarm.com to find the Summer Swarm Photo Gallery. You will be required to register with your name, address and date of birth before voting. At the Summer Swarm Photo Gallery you may vote for displayed photos. You may vote for as many different photos as you like. Limit one entry per day for the Voter Random Draw Sweepstakes regardless of how many photos you vote on.
The Photo Contest will be conducted and judged by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor. The Judges will score all Entries based on the following criteria:
25% Creativity – of the photo and its representation of Summer Swarm
50% Uniqueness – of the photo and its representation of Summer Swarm
25% Total number of Votes received (number of votes)
The judging criteria (“Criteria”) are to be applied in the sole discretion of the Sponsors and the individual judges.
RANDOM DRAW PRIZE STRUCTURE: There will be a total of 113 (one hundred thirteen) prizes awarded. The prizes will be awarded as follows:
There will be seven (7) Random Draw Photo prizes awarded each week for a total of 56 Random Draw photo prizes. The random Draw Photo prize consists of one (1) Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Desk Speaker, Beach Towel and 6-Pack Cooler. Estimated Retail Value $39.34. Random draw winners in Round 1-7 are not eligible to win in successive rounds, but will be eligible for the Grand prize.
There will be seven (7) Random Draw Voter prizes awarded each week for a total of 56 Random Draw Photo Prizes. The Random Draw Voter prize consists of (1) Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Tank Top and Koozie. Estimated Retail Value $9.40. Random draw winners in Round 1-7 are not eligible to win in successive rounds.
The potential winner(s) of the Random Draw photo and the Random Draw Voter sections will be selected at random from among the respective eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
The Random Draw weekly drawings will be conducted on each Monday at 11:59 pm during the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZE PHOTO CONTEST: (1 Grand Prize): There will be one (1) Photo Contest Grand Prize awarded. The Photo Contest Grand Prize consists of a travel agency voucher in the amount of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars). This may be used to take the trip of a lifetime. The voucher must be used within one year of delivery and is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher and the travel agency. There is no cash value for the voucher.
Unclaimed prize may not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically included are the responsibility of the winner. Any travelling companion of the winner must be at least 21 years of age.
