PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a four- (4) day/three- (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank men’s tournament in Toronto, Canada. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Hilton Toronto for three (3) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy); round-trip coach airfare between Toronto and major airport closest to winner’s residence for two (2) individuals; two (2) platinum tickets to the Rogers Cup Semifinals (matinee match) on August 11, 2012 and two (2) platinum tickets to the Rogers Cup Finals on August 12, 2012; ground transportation for two (2) between winner’s residence and airport closest to winner’s residence; ground transportation for two (2)Â between Toronto airport and Hilton Toronto; ground transportation for two (2) between Hilton Toronto and Rogers Cup Semi-finals and Finals; a tour of Rexall Centre for two (2); two (2) autographed ATP photos (autograph to be determined by Sponsor); a $1,000 check to be used for incidentals; and one (1) gift bag for winner (contents to be determined by Sponsor). As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $2,000.00 in the form of a check, which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner’s income taxes be higher than the $2,000.00, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $2,000.00. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to the Rogers Cup are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. Required travel dates: August 10, 2012 – departure from airport nearest winner’s residence; August 13, 2012 – departure from Toronto airport.
