Grand Prize (1): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a six (6) day/five (5) night
trip to London, England, for two (2) people, the Grand Prize Winner and his/her
guest (the “Guest”), as set forth below:
1. Roundtrip, coach airfare for two (2) people, from gateway airport nearest
Grand Prize Winner’s home, as selected by Sponsor, to London, England;
2. Five (5) nights stay in a guest room, single room double occupancy, at The
Sherlock Holmes Hotel in London.
3. Return airport transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in London.
4. Daily breakfast at the hotel for two (2).
5. Dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest at the Punch Bowl not
exceeding $150 total.
6. Sherlock Holmes walking tour of London with a drink each for Grand Prize
Winner and Guest at The Sherlock Holmes Pub (provided that the Grand

First Prize (220): Two Hollywood Movie Money® certificate redeemable for a pair
of tickets (valued up to $10 each/$20 Total). If an Entrant is a First Prize Winner, he/she will receive two reward codes and a link to www.activaterewards.com/sherlockholmes2 via electronic mail to the e-mail address he/she provided when entering this Sweepstakes to activate and print his/her Hollywood Movie Money® certificate and bring to a participating theater. The reward codes will expire on January 31, 2012. The Hollywood Movie Money®
certificates will be valid through January 31, 2012 (by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time) or until Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first.
Second Prize (25): A Ten Dollar ($10.00) Hardee’s® Gift Card. Each Gift Card is
subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Gift Card. The use of a Gift

terms and conditions so each Second Prize Winner should read the terms and
