Prizes:  There will be one (1) First Prize winner, three (3) Second Prize winners, and ten (10) Third Prize winners. The First Prize winner will receive a 2012 Ford Fiesta. The Approximate Retail Value of the First Prize is $ 15,000. The auto specifications to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All tax, title, insurance and licensing fees will be included in the prize package. Any additional vehicle options will be the responsibility of the First Prize winner. First Prize winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver’s license to take delivery and must take delivery at the location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days. The First Prize winner will have the option of accepting the aforementioned Ford Fiesta, or a $12,000 cash award. Each Second Prize winner will receive a $1,000 Grocery Outlet Gift Card. Each Third Prize winner will receive a $100 Grocery Outlet Gift Card. Each winner of a Grocery Outlet Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card. The Total Prize pool is valued at $19,000.
