On or about December 5, 2011, Administrator will randomly select fifty (50) potential winners from among all eligible entries received by Administrator, with the first three (3) selected entrants being the potential Grand Prize winners and the next forty-seven (47) selected entrants being the potential First Prize winners.

 Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. A Grand Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) $250 Visa gift card (gift card subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations of the issuer thereof) and one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Makin’ Kit”, which consists of one (1) of each of the following: crock pot, can strainer, 12″ oval wooden spoon, can opener, magnetic digital timer (items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and two (2) to three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of a Grand Prize is $300, and the ARV of all Grand Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $900.

 Forty-seven (47) First Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. A First Prize consists of and is limited to one (1) S&W Beans “Chili Makin’ Kit”, which consists of one (1) of each of the following: crock pot, can strainer, 12″ oval wooden spoon, can opener, magnetic digital timer (items as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and two (2) to three (3) cans of S&W Beans product (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of a First Prize is $50 and the ARV of all First Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $2,350.
