Grand Prize: (1 winner) Prize package which includes the following: 2012 4-door Jeep Wrangler Sahara; and a trip for winner and one guest to attend a 2011/2012 College Football Bowl game (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., 2-nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/stadium and the two tickets to a College Football Game determined by Sponsor. (ARV: $42,330). Winner must have proof of insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of vehicle delivery. Vehicle delivery will take place at a dealer of Presenter’s choice near to the winner’s place of residence. Taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, acquisition fees, destination charges, and any options not included per Presenter or Sponsor, and all other expenses not specified and related to vehicle acceptance and use are solely winner’s responsibility. Vehicle is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than manufacturer or dealer written limited warranties provided at their sole discretion (winner agrees to look to such manufacturer or dealer for such warranty and/or guarantee, if any). Actual value of trip may vary depending on winner’s city of departure. If the actual value of prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and their respective guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate/runner-up winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if a winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in a disruptive manner.
