Grand Prize Winner – two (2) rooms and a two (2)-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in
New York City; four (4) Orchestra Level Tickets to a 2010 performance of the Radio
City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall (“RCMH”); four (4) passes to a
guided tour of RCMH on the date of the performance; four (4) Souvenir Radio City
Christmas Spectacular Programs; four (4) food and beverage vouchers, a Meet and Greet
opportunity with a Radio City Rockette before or after the performance (subject to
availability); four (4) roundtrip Coach class JetBlue Airfare Vouchers to and from the
commercial airport nearest the winner’s home city from which Jet Blue offers service. It
is the winner’s responsibility to get to such airport; one (1) Gift bag containing Radio
City Christmas Spectacular and EK Success Brands merchandise (Approximate Retail
Value (“ARV”) US $6,400). Incidental expenses to be paid for by Winner. Travel must
be booked within one (1) month of Winner notification through EKSuccess Brands. Trip
must be taken December 17, 2010 through December 19, 2010. Booking dates and
accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and guests must travel together. If
any guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian,
who must sign all required documents. All taxes on prizes and other expenses associated
with the prize trip, not specifically mentioned above, if any, are the sole responsibility of
the Winner. A U.S. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize.
