TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 every 12 months from January 2019 or one-time payment of $5,000 in product. All prizes will be awarded assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Discount Tackle reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Discount Tackle is responsible only for prize delivery. Discount Tackle is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.
5. CASH OUT PROVISION: After year 5 of initial winner selection Discount Tackle reserves the right to cash out the GRAND PRIZE winner on net present value of GRAND PRIZE based on average US life expectancy minus winner’s age at time of cash out provision execution discounted at 15% per year.
