Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a shopping spree for you and a friend at Dick’s Sporting Goods with a celebrity athlete listed on the Sweepstakes entry page.

 The Grand Prize consists of the following items: (a) two (2) round trip tickets from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner’s residence to the city where the celebrity athlete chosen by the winner will be located during the specified dates; (b) roundtrip ground transportation from the airport to the nearest Dick’s Sporting Goods store; and © two (2) five hundred dollar ($500.00) Dick’s Sporting Goods gift cards to use during the shopping spree with the celebrity athlete. Sponsor will also provide a tax gross-up equal to 35% of the value of the prize, which is intended to offset most, but not necessarily all, taxes due on the prize. The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,725 (which includes the value of the gross up). The trip must be taken during dates mutually agreed upon by Sponsor, winner and selected celebrity athlete, subject to blackout dates and availability. The winner and his/her guest will be required to sign a liability release prior to issuance of travel documents. Each guest must either be over the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence or must have written approval from his or her parent or legal guardian. The winner and his/her guest are responsible for securing all necessary travel identification (e.g., driver’s license). Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for paying taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above.
