Grand Prize: (1 winner) $100,000 check. Grand Prize will not be awarded if the “Entrant’s Chosen Recipe” does not exactly match the “Winning Recipe”.
Trip Prize: (1 winner) Trip to Montifollonica, Italy. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for four (Winner and up to three guests) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner’s home within the U.S., (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), two double occupancy standard accommodations (two rooms) for six nights and seven ((7) days at Hotel La Costa (or similar hotel), ground transportation between the airport to the hotel, and $1,000.00 USD spending money for the Winner only (awarded as a check ). The trip will include hands-on and demonstration classes plus visits to food artisans, olive oil producers, local food markets, and food festivals. There are specific dates these classes are available between May 2010 and October 2010, and all final dates are subject to approval by Sponsor All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, travel documents (including passports and visas), all federal, state and local taxes, personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his/her guests. Transportation and accommodations subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. valid passports and visas as required) needed for travel. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel must be completed by November 1, 2010 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Winner. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $21,800.00 USD, depending on Winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Actual value may vary based on, among other things, point of departure and dates of travel. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If Winner’s guest is a minor he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Guests must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. Winner and guests must comply with all class rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide any portion of prize for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Winner.
