One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize package, which will include the following: (i) a trip for the winner and one
(1) guest to the iHeartRadio Music Festival from September 19, 2014 to September 21, 2014 to see the
iHeartRadio Music Festival in concert on Friday, September 19, 2014 and Saturday, September 20, 2014; (ii)
domestic, roundtrip coach air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major metropolitan
commercial airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as
determined by the Company in its sole discretion) to the destination airport located in Las Vegas, Nevada (as
determined by the Company in its sole discretion); (iii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel room
accommodations in one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel (as determined by Company in its sole discretion);
(iv) roundtrip ground transportation to and from the hotel and the Las Vegas airport only; and (v) two (2) VIP
tickets to see iHeartRadio Music Festival concert in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 19, 2014 and September
20, 2014. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $7,000.
