One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to one of the following Cultivate Events, chosen by the winner: June 8, 2013 in San Francisco, California; August 17, 2013 in Denver, Colorado; or, September 7, 2013 in Chicago, Illinois. The Prize includes:
 – round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) originating from a major airport in one of the 48 contiguous states (excluding Rhode Island);
 – a two (2) night stay (one room, standard, double occupancy) at a hotel of Chipotle’s choosing;
 – $500 cash or cash equivalents (such as one or more pre-paid debit card(s));
 – ground transportation of Chipotle’s choosing (including as to timing, routing and number of trips) between the major airport closest to the selected Cultivate Event, the event site, and the package hotel; and
 – special perks at the Cultivate Event to be chosen by Chipotle in its sole discretion.
